PROGRAM FORMAT & OPTIONS

Virtual Sessions, Real Results

Our live, interactive virtual workshops are delivered in real time — not pre-recorded to “watch later” (which rarely happens!). Managers engage directly with Gregg and a small peer group to practice new skills and get immediate, personalized feedback. Each workshop is limited to 12–16 participants — creating an intimate setting for focused experiential learning, practice, coaching, and support — and is divided into two back-to-back half-days that fit easily into a busy workweek.

Every participant receives a comprehensive learning experience that goes well beyond the workshop itself, including:

DISC® Leadership Communication Styles Inventory — Each participant completes the assessment prior to the workshop and receives a comprehensive personal report and in-depth analysis, giving them immediate insight into their own communication style and how to flex it for greater impact with their team.

A 45-minute, one-on-one post-program coaching session with Gregg Ward — A personalized follow-up to help each manager apply what they’ve learned directly to their own leadership challenges and goals
