Respect isn’t a policy. It’s a set of skills: how a manager gives feedback, handles a heated disagreement, or works with someone who communicates differently. Our workshops build those skills through practice.

Our flagship program for mid-level and front-line managers, led by Gregg Ward. It includes a custom DISC Leadership Communication Styles assessment for each participant, a copy of Gregg's book The Respectful Leader, and one-on-one coaching for every participant after the program. Delivered in two, back-to-back half-day sessions. Of 780 participants surveyed since 2019, 90% rated it "Excellent."
A 2- or 4-hour workshop for any level of mixed groups and/or intact teams, built on Dr. Tony Alessandra's DISC Leadership Communication Styles assessment. Participants learn their own style, how to read others', and how to adapt so communication is efficient and effective. Usually virtual, with in-person delivery available.
A 4-hour workshop for groups of up to 20 managers. Participants learn to tell productive conflict from destructive conflict, de-escalate upset, and use concepts from our Coaching for Respectâ„¢ process. They practice with a facilitator and in small groups.
Our workshops cover respectful communication, giving and receiving feedback, understanding different communication and conflict styles, and handling conflict before it escalates. Each one is practice-based and tailored to your workplace.
Yes. All three workshops run live on Zoom or Teams, and in-person delivery is available.
