Day One focuses on self-awareness while Day Two concentrates on tools and techniques for active listening and delivering performance and behavioral feedback effectively while reducing defensiveness and pushback. In general sessions and in breakouts sessions and exercises, participants also explore issues around unconscious and confirmation biases, Psychological Safety and influencing others effectively through respect.

The program, which includes copies of Ward’s award-winning bestselling business fable, The Respectful Leader, plus workbooks and job aides, is designed to be delivered to small groups 10-16 over two back-to-back half days either in-person or virtually.
