This brief behavioral self-assessment is designed for your individual use, to help you gauge the frequency of your engagement in the practices of Respectful Leadership. It is not a definitive or final judgement, but rather a helpful snapshot of where you are in your journey as a Respectful Leader. It’s intended to support your professional growth. As such, try to respond to each statement as honestly and as objectively as you can. It might also help to ask yourself… “Would my colleagues agree with my response?”
