She referenced Gregg Ward’s new book The Respectful Leader and recommended practicing RespectfulDo #1, Be the First to Respect, and RespectfulDo #2, Practice Regular Respect, to stay positive. Novak also pointed out that it’s important to make sure that technology or your emotions aren’t getting in the way of your respectful attitude.
