Gregg is the founder/Executive Director of the Center for Respectful Leadership and the best-selling, award-winning author of The Respectful Leader: seven ways to influence without intimidation. In 2022 Gregg was Finalist in the San Diego Business Journal’s prestigious CEO of the Year Awards.
He has over 25 years of experience as an executive coach and consultant to top leaders in global corporations including AXA, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Booz Allen Hamilton, Colliers International, Ericsson, Intel, Qualcomm, Sempra, the US Navy, and Warner Bros Studios. Gregg is a Master Corporate Executive Coach (MCEC) and a Board Certified Executive Coach (BCC), and is certified in numerous assessments including the DISC and Hogan.
Gregg also served for ten years as an Executive Coach with The Center for Creative Leadership.
