- I was invited to keynote or present at over 15 different HR professional association meetings and annual conferences including the Arizona SHRM and The Garden State SHRM annual conferences, the New England Chapter of the HRLF (Human Resource Leadership Forum) in Connecticut, and a personal favorite, the Winchester (VA) Area SHRM chapter which has now led our scheduling to deliver our second Coaching for Respect Certification program there April 3-5, 2024.
- We provided executive coaching to over 30 different organizations through individual and group coaching engagements who are members of our Executive Coaching Forums.
- We developed a brand new, in-depth, secure, anonymous assessment to support our clients in creating an Actively Respectful Culture™ within their organizations.
- We Developed and delivered our first ever “Coaching for Respect” Certification Program serving 16 top HR and Executive Coaching professionals who came to San Diego from all over the US. We’re running our second certification program in person in Winchester Virginia, April 3-5, 2024.
